[Global] Scheduled maintenance: Monthly Windows updates of LeaseWeb services [Update]
Dear LeaseWeb customer,
As part of our commitment to continuously improve the level of service we provide, we would like to inform you about the upcoming maintenance on Thursday the 8th of March 2018. Please find below answers to questions you may have about the work.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
On the 8th of March 2018, between 06:00 & 11:00 (CET), LeaseWeb will perform scheduled maintenance on the Windows Webhosting platforms, the automated installation services and on the VMware vCenter/vCloud portal services. Unfortunately, during this maintenance your Windows Webhosting Services will be unavailable and it will not be possible to use the automation services like (re)install, IPMI remote management reset and rescue mode of your dedicated server via the Customer Portal. The vCenter/vCloud portal services will be unavailable between 06:00 & 08:00 (CET).
WHY ARE YOU PERFORMING THIS MAINTENANCE?
LeaseWeb is committed to providing you with the best possible service and, to do so, we need to keep our systems up to date.
WHEN EXACTLY WILL MY SERVICE BE IMPACTED?
The expected maintenance window will be 5 hours. Your Windows Webhosting service(s) will be impacted for approximately 10 minutes during this maintenance window. The automation services in the Customer Portal will be impacted for approximately 60 minutes during this maintenance window. The expected maintenance window for the vCenter/vCloud portal services will be 2 hours in which the portal will be unavailable for 30 minutes. Your instances will remain online and reachable. We will do our absolute best to minimize these downtimes. LeaseWeb engineers will be available during and after the maintenance in case any issues should arise.
