Dear Leaseweb customer,

As part of our commitment to continuously improve the level of service we provide, we would like to inform you about upcoming maintenance on Thursday the 3th of May 2018. Please find below answers to questions you may have about the work.
 
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
On the 3th of May 2018, between 08:30 & 15:00 (CEST), we will be upgrading the management portal for the VMware public cloud (premium cloud) to the latest version.

During this upgrade you will be unable to login to https://premium-nl.leaseweb.com or use the vsphere client (the so called thick client) to login to vCenter.

Your VM(‘s) will remain up and running and you will still be able to use Remote Desktop Services or SSH to directly access your VM.

WHAT WILL CHANGE AFTER THE MAINTENANCE IS DONE?
Once the maintenance is done you will no longer be able to use the vSphere client, the only option left is to use the webclient.

The new URL will be: https://premium.leaseweb.com

You will also need to start using new credentials to login to this new portal which can be found in the Customer portal. Once you are logged into the Customer portal you can find the new credentials by clicking on Virtual server -> Manage -> Password Management.  

The credentials for your VM will not change!
